Yoncalla, Oregon, United States
$10,000 - $10,000 USD yearly

RawMilk.Church is the website of Helios Farms and The Orthomolecular Garden Church. We are building a network of private family- and team-run farms to decentralize the food system through separation of church and state. Our farms follow our Creator’s design, discerning and following truth in our land and livestock management methods and food-production methods. Each farm serves up to 1000 member families who join the farm ministry through RawMilk.Church to gain access to the foods we produce seeking health benefits from the foods we provide, and to gain access to information that leads to living truth.

Our vision is that thousands of independent farms, associated farm ministries, will occupy the land and revolutionize the food and health systems in the coming generations. Our showcase farm in Yoncalla, Oregon, the starting point for this farm network, produces raw milk, natural cheese, and other raw dairy products and has an on-farm butchery that processes the livestock we raise, delivering a wide range of beef, pork, smokehouse, and charcuterie products to our members.

These farms will need families and core teams to run them. As described in this video, we are seeking geocentric families and individuals who have awakened to, and reject the lies and patterns of the world and are ready to work in and build core community to run these farms, intentionally applying their God-given talents to building this decentralized farm network and a new system based on truth. We are building a new system to obsolete the old system.

This is not just “a job”, but a commitment to building a way of life outside “the matrix”, shedding the lies and working in harmony with your God-given identity to build out this vision. The community candidates we select will live in the farmhouse together initially and will build additional cabins and living spaces around the 160 acres to occupy in the next few years. Each cabin will be equipped with a woodstove and upright grand or baby grand piano. We support home births here and teach women truth about birthing healthy children.

Meals will be cooked and shared in the farmhouse using meats and dairy raised on the farm primarily and organic produce and other organic ingredients from local sources. The existing church-run farm business will provide for the needs of the team in exchange for working the farm, expanding the business, building farm infrastructure, maintaining and repairing infrastructure and equipment, and fully committing to expanding the farm ministry network and this way of life to other lands.

The priorities of the core team include:

Farm Work

- Milking cows.

- Feeding and tending cows, hogs, and chickens.

- Harvesting cows and hogs.

- Building fences.

- Moving cows, chickens, and hogs.

- Organizing, tractor work, cleaning, repair and maintenance of equipment and infrastructure.

- Mechanic work, electrical, plumbing.

- Cutting and organizing firewood.

- Protection from predators.

Food Production

- Butchery work: cutting and packaging beef and pork, grinding meat and sausages, curing and smoking meats, charcuterie.

- Making cream, butter, cheese and cultured dairy products.

- Delivery and Shipping

Candidates who offer skills and experience in some or all of the above areas will be favored for selection. That said, we offer hands on training, so don’t be intimidated if you lack experience but know that this mission aligns with your God-given identity. We are looking for strengths in community building including fellowship, music, meal prep and team meals, team development, scheduling and coordination, house cleaning, organizing, and living space upgrading. Our vision is to benefit future generations with this farm network, so a long-term view and commitment is expected.

We have our own website application that runs on our local servers, so a variety of computer skills are needed. Our farm supports all the people that run the farm, so off-farm jobs are not needed. Business skills such as farm administration, member relations, website and online store work, inventory and business organization skills are needed.

We work in the private domain and have our private currency, MoolaCoin, the milk-based currency. We are looking for skills and experience that will help develop MoolaCoin into a farm system trade currency and to build out “the Moolaconomia,” a truth-based economy that is tied to our birthright food, milk.

Ultimately, many vocations will be running on our lands and this initial team of candidates will help set the way forward. We envision woodworking, a tannery, pottery using our kilns and the clay present on the land, and many other traditional vocations for the core team to enhance the life in this farm community and on future farms in the network.

To apply, send a brief introductory email to farmers@heliosfarms.com. We will send you a questionnaire and application to fill out and after reviewing your answers, we may arrange an online interview.
