Creative Designer & POD Manager (Flat Earth Brand)

Type: Part-time to start (with potential to grow into full-time)

About the Role

We’re looking for a highly creative and self-driven individual to help expand a fast-growing apparel brand focused on Flat Earth themes and critical thinking culture. This role combines design, e-commerce management, and customer interaction, making it perfect for someone who enjoys both creative work and operational responsibility.

What You’ll Do

• Design original, eye-catching t-shirt graphics (memes, bold statements, clean typography, etc.)
• Create banner graphics and promotional visuals for ads, social media, and product pages
• Upload and manage products through a Print-on-Demand (POD) platform
• Optimize listings (titles, descriptions, mockups) for conversions
• Handle basic customer service (order issues, questions, refunds, etc.)
• Help brainstorm and execute new design ideas and product drops
• Maintain a consistent brand style and voice across all designs and content

What We’re Looking For

• Strong graphic design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar)
• Experience with Print-on-Demand platforms (or ability to learn quickly)
• Creative thinker with a good sense of viral/engaging content
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Good written communication skills for customer interaction
• Interest in Flat Earth content or alternative perspectives is a must.

Bonus Skills (Not Required)

• Experience running or managing an online store (Shopify, Etsy, etc.)
• Social media marketing or ad creative experience
• Basic video editing or motion graphics

Compensation

This is a performance-based partnership role, not a traditional hourly position.

• You will earn up to 50% of total monthly net profits across all designs — not just the ones you personally create
• This means you are rewarded as a true partner in the business, sharing in the success of the entire store
• Your income is directly tied to how well the brand performs overall

The better you are at:

• Creating high-converting designs
• Organizing and optimizing the product catalog
• Developing strong promotional graphics and campaigns

…the more the business grows — and the more you earn.

There is no cap on earnings, and this role has strong potential to become a significant recurring income stream as the brand scales.
